Having opened its newest branch of hotels/venues, The Fairmont has recently opened in Windsor…and the wait has been worth it.
From the second you enter the grounds, to leaving the venue, every moment is refreshing, vibrant and exciting! It’s truly a 5-star experience, one you won’t want to miss.
Recently it played host to one of our latest weddings, the union of Suchita & Subin. Originally scheduled for October 2021, the wedding was delayed a few short months due to the venue taking a little longer to add the finishing touches to.
Our very own DJ Shraii played and hosted the evening, one which was filled with laughter, tears and, of course, dancing! The night featured our Bespoke package, which features a DJ booth with two decks plus a mixer and six controlled DMX lights & sound system.
The Fairmont is located on the edge of the historic Windsor Great Park, surrounded by 40 acres of open green space featuring a tranquil lake. It has been designed to reflect the site’s heritage while offering modern elegance. It also hosts over 200 stunning bedrooms and suites!
The couple originally got in contact last year, having picked Shraii due to his music style aligning perfectly with their taste. Their preferred genres were R&B and Bollywood, but felt confident leaving DJ Shraii to create the playlist.
Inside the large open ballroom, a customised dancefloor was set-up, including an intricately designed flower arch which loomed large behind the head table. The couple also had a live painter, creating a beautiful image within hours of the event.

After a series of beautiful speeches, from the father of the bride to the groom, the couple took to the stage for their first dance. The song they chose was “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz.
The guests then joined on the dance floor, and the night was in full swing. The energy was absolutely electric and they danced for hours!
Some of the highlights of the evening include everyone doing the macarena, or one of the largest conga lines we’ve seen at an event!
As our evening closed out, we ended on ‘Sweet Caroline – Neil Diamond’.
