DETAILS OF THE EVENT

Provide us with as much details as possible (date, venue,number of guests, theme, other suppliers and services required) and with our expert advice we will email over some recommended suggestions, pricing and our press kit.

FREE CONSULTATION

We have a office in Soho and one in Elstree. We would love to meet you so we can discuss your event in person. We will elaborate on our services and offer a free consultation You can book an appointment with us at a time that suits you via email or phone.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

Once we have finalised what you would like for your event, we would require a 50% deposit so your date is secured. The remaining balance would be due 7 days prior to the first event.

SITE VISIT

In the odd occurrence that we are unfamiliar with the venue we will arrange a site visit to ensure execution on the night is perfect.

PLAYLIST AND ITINERARY MEETING

If possible we would like to meet again a month prior to your event to finalise playlists, itinerary and any additional changes. This will be a final run through of your event to ensure everything is flawless.
